Seniors
Concord is home to many senior citizens who take advantage of programs offered by the Concord Senior Center. These activities range from softball, dances, daily lunches and classes to volunteering for worthwhile causes.
The City of Concord has constructed a new Senior Center in Baldwin Park. This new facility was planned to meet the needs of this growing segment of our community.
Besides providing a comprehensive program for seniors, including social activities, employment and senior transportation, the City has also been instrumental in the construction of senior housing in Concord.
